Frederick R. Giebel, Jr., a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, and a principal of the firm, has been preparing appraisals in the same neighborhoods for more than 27 years. He is a former Army Officer and Field Artillery Battery Commander and is as exacting with his appraisal work as he was at putting rounds on target.
Knowledgeable, friendly, professionally attired with a photo ID, he will arrive at the client's home and immediately set the homeowner at ease while touring their property. The homeowner is greeted, given a business card and asked to tell the appraiser about all of the home's features and upgrades as they lead him through a tour of their home. To be sure that no detail is missed he informs the homeowner that he has a voice activated recorder so every feature and upgrade will be noted.
Mr. Giebel has been a Chase approved appraiser since 1988. He also prepares appraisals for Wells Fargo, Countrywide, and Wachovia . He is FHA approved.
